Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a business analyst in systems support, analysis, or development. A minimum of 1 year of project management/coordination experience is also required, along with experience using SQL for data analysis and a Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will analyze complex business area needs, acting as a liaison between business and IT to document, communicate, and validate system solution requirements. Responsibilities include creating detailed documentation (Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, etc.), performing data analysis and research for project feasibility, supporting testing groups, assisting with ROI creation and scope control, and collaborating with IT managers on project plans. The role also involves vendor relationship management, status reporting, knowledge transfer, and mentoring other Business Analysts.
