Responsibilities

  • Lead digital strategies for the brand's Customer Plan, supporting all phases: strategic planning, execution, measurement, and optimization based on results
  • Transform data into quick actionable insights to improve campaign performance
  • Understand the brand's moment and needs to create and execute multichannel strategies, maximizing and selecting optimal channels according to the target
  • Collaborate with marketing, medical, and access leaders using insights and ideas for the brand's main strategy, with deep understanding of therapeutic areas and customers
  • Lead campaigns across digital channels (ep2p, vod, social media, mass mailing, vae, Google search, content marketing) to increase engagement with clients
  • Provide punctual follow-up to campaigns from creation, optimization, results measurement, and final analysis
  • Influence marketing, medical, and access leaders in the innovative use of digital tools to accelerate therapy adoption with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate leadership and influence with internal teams and vendors; data analysis capacity to transform into quick insights; adaptability to cross-functional teams; delegation skills without losing track of deliverables; effective communication (international presentations) and negotiation skills
