Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day content operations — coordinating workflows in the CMP, maintaining accurate tagging, version control, and publication readiness
  • Uploading and publishing content in Zoom’s CMS, ensuring quality, consistency, and complete metadata across pages
  • Supporting SEO and AEO initiatives, including keyword optimization, schema updates, and structured data best practices
  • Tracking content performance and engagement metrics; partner with analytics and strategists to summarize insights and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contributing to drafting, editing, and adapting content across Zoom’s owned channels
  • Partnering with strategists to repurpose long-form assets into derivative formats that extend reach and impact
  • Helping ensure all content reflects Zoom’s brand, tone, and voice guidelines
  • Liaise with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Customer Advocacy, and Comms teams to coordinate content deliverables
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration and efficiency across the broader content ecosystem
