Responsibilities

  • Design and manage complex, multi-channel automated campaigns
  • Develop and execute strategy for the student experience
  • Run a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation framework
  • Serve as key analytical owner for data and reporting
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure proper product instrumentation
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Marketing teams to vet communications for clinical appropriateness
  • Manage the operational integrity of the Iterable platform
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to attribute marketing lift to key business outcomes
  • Diagnose friction points in the student funnel and generate hypotheses for testing
  • Deliver against KPIs including onboarding conversion rates, service line/feature usage rates, weekly activity, and customer retention
