A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience is required, along with 2 years of relevant experience. HR/Compensation experience within US and/or Americas is a must.
Preferred skills include demonstrated experience with compensation pillars like salary planning and market pay data, solid knowledge of job evaluation methodologies such as IPE, Global Grading, or Hay, and robust knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, Mercer WIN, and AirLinc. Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
