As a Senior Analyst at Wisetack, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our consumer lending product by developing data-driven solutions for key business functions, including growth, operations, and product. You will guide the direction of projects to ensure metrics across teams are consistent, reliable, accurate, and enable data-driven strategic and operational decision-making.
You possess deep technical expertise and business acumen to be able to connect the dots, deliver impactful insights, and identify scalable opportunities that align with our strategic goals. You work autonomously and take proactive ownership of problems, solving them with data-driven solutions.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are seamlessly integrated into our products and workflows, directly contributing to our mission of building transparent, intuitive consumer lending products. Your ability to communicate complex and technical topics clearly and in an actionable manner will be crucial to your success.

Wisetack operates in the financial services sector, focusing on consumer lending by providing businesses with a platform to offer real-time financing options at the point of sale. This enables customers to make purchases and pay over time, while businesses receive payment upfront, reducing the risk of late or missed payments. The primary clients are businesses across various industries, such as plumbing, electrical services, and auto detailing, which require upfront payment for their products or services. Wisetack integrates its technology directly with the business software of its clients, allowing customers to apply for financing quickly and securely without the business needing to manage sensitive information. This model benefits both parties: businesses get paid immediately, and customers enjoy a clear and friendly payment option. Wisetack generates revenue by charging businesses a fee, typically a percentage of the transaction amount, for using its platform.
