Candidates should possess 10+ years of architecture experience, with a strong background in building, consulting to, or implementing technology for manufacturing business units and/or manufacturing companies. An excellent understanding of manufacturing data topics is essential.
The Senior Principal Architect will work with strategic manufacturing customers, building trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and presenting Snowflake's technology and solutions for various business use cases. They will partner with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize sales cycles, provide enterprise architecture deliverables, and support pilots. The role involves acting as the voice of the customer to identify industry trends and technical requirements for product management, ideating on new functional use cases, and creating technical selling assets like reference architectures and demos. Collaboration with system integration partners to define Snowflake-centric offerings and identifying potential ISV partners are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the architect will enable sales and solutions engineer communities on industry trends and solution offerings, and contribute to industry marketing activities.
