Candidates should possess 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions, and experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building, and the ability to work with Sales counterparts to promote execution excellence are also required, along with the ability to travel as necessary.
As a Solution Consultant, the individual will support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, guide discovery workshops to determine customer challenges, deliver product demonstrations, develop client partner relationships, lead strategic programs in top accounts, provide feedback to product management about product enhancements, share and learn best practices, and support marketing events. The role involves staying current on competitive analysis and market differentiation, as well as assisting with executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
