Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in B2B paid ads, with at least 2 years focused on account-based marketing (ABM) paid ads and demand generation. Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and ABM technologies is required, with Demandbase being a significant plus. Familiarity with Lifecycle paid ads execution and its differentiation from new business paid strategies is essential. Applicants should have experience running marketing programs globally and working with diverse markets and localization. A proactive self-starter attitude, high autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously are necessary. Candidates should be data-driven and comfortable with analytics tools, possess strong relationship-building skills, and be fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

The Sr. ABM & Lifecycle Paid Ads Manager will own the implementation and execution strategy for Deel's account-based marketing and lifecycle paid ads globally. They will develop and execute paid marketing campaigns targeting key accounts to drive performance and awareness, supporting the sales pipeline. The role requires close collaboration with various teams, including ABM vendors, PMMs, and Sales, to align strategies and messaging. The manager will initiate and manage cross-functional campaigns while educating teams on ABM and lifecycle paid motions. Additionally, they will define and analyze KPIs, enhance campaign effectiveness, and educate the Growth team on trends and insights to facilitate growth.
