The Specialized Talent Sourcer will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards. They will utilize various sourcing methods to identify and connect with potential candidates, implement candidate attraction strategies, and engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach. The role involves conducting market research, pre-screening candidates, sharing market and candidate insights, promoting the employer brand, and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions using applicant tracking systems.
