Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess strong customer service and human relations skills, and have the ability to follow directions. A High School Degree or GED is required, with a Bachelor's Degree being a plus. Candidates must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, navigate various home entrances, and interact with people for extended periods, including in homes with pets or varying cleanliness levels. Strong computer skills, data-driven mindset, analytical skills, teamwork, and organizational abilities are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Field Representative is responsible for recruiting households to join the Nielsen Consumer Panel and maintaining assigned households to ensure weekly data transmissions and quality. This role involves visiting selected homes to educate panelists on scanner usage, persuade households to participate, and overcome objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting eligible homes without appointments, persuading panelists to complete surveys, communicating incentive potentials, and addressing panelist questions. The representative will also drive to designated homes, collaborate with the National Consumer Panel for sample quality, and potentially travel to other markets to support teams.
