Candidates must be fluent in both German and English and be based in Poland. A strong understanding of the industry and specific job requirements being recruited for is essential. Proficiency in utilizing specialized sourcing techniques and various online platforms, social media, and networking is required. Experience with traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing, is necessary. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant tools is also needed.
The Specialized Talent Sourcer will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts. They will review and post job adverts on specialized job boards, process applications promptly, and identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods. Responsibilities include implementing candidate attraction strategies to cultivate talent communities, engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, and conducting market research on industry trends and talent availability. The role also involves pre-screening candidates, sharing market insights with hiring groups, promoting the employer brand, and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.
