The Specialized Talent Sourcer will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts. They will post job adverts, review applications, and utilize various sourcing methods to identify and connect with potential candidates for niche positions. Responsibilities include implementing candidate attraction strategies, engaging with potential candidates, conducting market research, pre-screening candidates, sharing insights with hiring teams, promoting the employer brand, and maintaining accurate records of sourcing activities.
