Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sourcing experience, ideally in life sciences sales.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards.
  • Reviewing and processing applications promptly.
  • Identifying and connecting with potential candidates using various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking).
  • Implementing attraction strategies (mobile/email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to cultivate talent communities.
  • Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels.
  • Conducting market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Sharing market and candidate insights with hiring groups and consulting on sourcing strategies.
  • Promoting the employer brand to potential candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools.
