The Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions by collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers, reviewing and posting job adverts, reviewing and processing applications, utilizing various sourcing methods, implementing candidate attraction strategies, engaging with potential candidates, conducting market research, pre-screening candidates, sharing market and candidate insights, promoting the employer brand, and ensuring accurate records of candidate interactions.
