The Specialized Talent Sourcer will identify and attract top candidates with specific skill sets, collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers, review and post job adverts on specialized job boards, process applications, utilize various sourcing methods, implement candidate attraction strategies, engage with potential candidates, conduct market research, pre-screen candidates, share market insights, promote the employer brand, and maintain accurate candidate records using applicant tracking systems.
