Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably have completed the Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification. Experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator for at least six months is preferred, along with prior experience in a business or office environment and customer service or administrative skills. Strong recruitment administration skills and knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition are also desired. Fluency in English is required, and trilingual skills (English-Spanish) are preferred.
The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator will assist with recruitment and interview processes, conduct phone interviews and screen candidates, complete interview schedules, update candidate statuses in ATS systems, review applicants, schedule complex interviews, execute the offer process, coordinate background and reference checks, arrange travel and accommodation, manage postings to candidate generation channels, ensure recruitment team updates, provide metric and pipeline reporting, and offer other administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
