Requirements

Candidates must have experience selling MDR solutions and a demonstrated understanding of the competitive MDR landscape. Experience selling Identity Security Solutions and familiarity with identity threat detection and response capabilities are highly advantageous. Knowledge of enterprise security operations challenges, experience in technical sales specialist roles, strong presentation skills, and a history of exceeding sales quotas are essential. The ability to evangelize technology and acquire new accounts is also required.

Responsibilities

The Specialist Sales Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on Falcon Complete & Falcon Identity Protection, translating complex security concepts into business value propositions. They will partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies, identify and qualify new opportunities, and support complex sales cycles. Responsibilities include articulating CrowdStrike's differentiators, developing strategies for competitive displacement, conducting technical discovery sessions, building relationships with technical decision-makers, and delivering tailored presentations. The role also involves driving enablement with the field sales team, meeting sales targets, forecasting opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating on pricing and proposal development.
