Responsibilities

  • Processing of orders through a standard order entry system
  • Handling incoming customer orders (E-Mail, electronic orders)
  • Providing logistical counsel to dedicated sales representatives and customers
  • Supporting customers with questions regarding orders, logistics, pricing, invoicing
  • Controlling delivery, compliant handling, and problem solving
  • Handling back orders - reservations for critical products and providing information to customers
  • Maintenance of standing orders
  • Ensuring professional support for cross Division shared service responsibilities
  • Operating under Abbott Policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that orders and customer orders are performed accurately
