Sr Customer Success Specialist - Fixed Operations

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with high level of organization, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong analytical and numerical skills. They should also be self-motivated and dependable, able to work with minimal supervision, and adaptable to varying work hours, particularly during month-end closing and internal testing.
As an Operations Specialist, the individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer set-up across multiple systems including the Dispatch System, Oracle, Customer Portal, and RCD, daily issue resolution within the RCD system, cross-departmental coordination with Credit, Dispatch, Sales, and Billing, customer experience support, in-depth research to address system-related issues, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
