Requirements

Candidates should possess 1–4 years of experience managing complex customer orders in a detail-oriented, operations-driven environment, such as order management, logistics, publishing, or customer operations. The role necessitates a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage large amounts of data effectively.

Responsibilities

The Order Management Specialist will intake and organize bulk orders across dozens of schools, interface with customer contacts to confirm details, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit orders to print vendors. They will also be responsible for tracking the status of these orders, updating systems (like NetSuite), and ensuring each order is processed correctly down to the individual school and ISBN level. This includes reviewing orders for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and updating school order status in NetSuite.
