Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of operations experience at a high-growth tech company, marketplace, or tech-enabled services organization. They must possess demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, detail-heavy workflows without dropping balls, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience working directly with external stakeholders, and an operational mindset. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have experience with low-code tools such as Retool, and proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker is required.

Responsibilities

The Operations Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new clinicians, delivering a high-touch, high-quality experience and executing onboarding tasks to move clinicians through the funnel. They will identify inefficiencies in the onboarding process, propose operational improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution, track and manage key onboarding metrics, and raise blockers early. Additionally, the role involves interfacing directly with clinicians and working to improve operational workflows, reduce friction, and raise the bar on every aspect of the onboarding funnel.
