Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST. A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, with healthcare billing experience being a plus, is required. At least 1 year of experience assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience with and knowledge of health insurance/billing, possess an intermediate level of technical understanding, and have experience working with large databases and multiple tools simultaneously. Adaptability, multitasking ability, high attention to detail, and a naturally empathetic and consultative attitude are essential.
The Specialist I, Payor Partnership Support will answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients. They will collaborate with other Customer Operations teams to resolve stakeholder roadblocks and work with RCM and Engineering teams to address bugs and billing issues. Additionally, the role involves meeting with a manager to discuss quality assurance, receive feedback, and improve communication skills.
