The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, possess strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for helping people with their health insurance needs. Familiarity with support ticketing and CRM software, along with excellent oral and written communication skills, is required. Availability for a PM shift from 10 am to 6 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, is also necessary.
The Customer Support Representative will assist potential customers in navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes for health insurance. They will also respond to and resolve administrative and billing inquiries for existing customers via phone, chat, and email. This role involves documenting customer interactions, contributing to customer satisfaction, and proposing solutions to improve the customer experience.
