Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, possess strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for helping people with their health insurance needs. Familiarity with support ticketing and CRM software, along with excellent oral and written communication skills, is required. Availability for a PM shift from 10 am to 6 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

They will also respond to and resolve administrative and billing inquiries for existing customers via phone, chat, and email.
