Requirements

  • Maintain optimal staff turnover levels for operations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain balance in employee/company relationships by developing procedures, policies, and programs to contribute to business results
  • Ensure quality in internal client service, considering organizational needs for acquiring, retaining, and developing administrative and operational staff at the plant
  • Handle labor relations
  • Provide support to plant management and other functions in people-related decision-making
  • Propose initiatives and participate in governmental and corporate certifications
  • Drive implementation of the ethics and compliance program, prevent, detect, and correct violations of laws, Vantive policies, and code of conduct
  • Implement Vantive code of conduct, policies, and procedures (including Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy), support processes, and ensure employee induction and training
  • Identify compliance and legal risks for Vantive in the country/cluster
  • Maintain and ensure relations with the Union Committee to contribute to organizational objectives
  • Promote plant leadership and joint initiatives
  • Supervise and ensure compliance with staff training
  • Attend internal and external client requirements related to any HR process
  • Supervise and support events focused on improving organizational climate or benefiting staff
  • Foster teamwork and development of continuous improvement initiatives for the area
  • Administer budget
