Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
  • Some experience or internship in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry is a plus
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or industrial equipment and maintenance
  • Ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of the main spare parts composing turbomachines, their conceptual functioning and their impact/need on maintenance activities
  • Strong interest in customer service and technical problem-solving
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn about Service-BOM and SPIR processes and tools
  • Capable of taking risks, to quickly pivot, learn and move on
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Interest in data-driven decision making
  • Interest in coding development (Python and/or Microsoft Power Platform)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Spare Part Lists (SPIR) for transactional and contractual customers
  • Partner with IET PM for 1st Supply SPIR emission, ensuring contract obligations in terms of project timeline and customer requirements (VDR documentation, customer’s proprietary format)
  • Support technical discussion on spare parts with customers and EPC, addressing customers' technical concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product guidance and define technical solutions to fulfill customer needs
  • Be involved in initiatives inside SALT team aimed to improve asset data quality and support process/tools improvement, bringing efficiency and productivity
  • Drive process and tool improvements to boost efficiency and productivity
