Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of high-volume interview coordination experience and proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be adept at using Microsoft Excel for reporting and data visualization. Experience with professional social networks like LinkedIn and a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships are also required.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones, organize and input data into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and improve recruiting processes. They will coordinate and distribute NDAs and offer letters, serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline hiring operations. Additionally, they will help with onboarding, maintain job postings, identify and hire top performers, and contribute to process improvements.
