Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sourcer, Talent Acquisition will partner closely with recruiters on active searches and build smart, research-driven strategies that find top candidates, fearlessly hunt down diverse, high-quality talent for high-priority or hard-to-fill roles, build and maintain evergreen talent pools for engineering and design, forecast future talent needs by staying plugged into product direction, team strategy, and market shifts, create scalable, repeatable sourcing processes, use AI and modern sourcing tools, research hiring trends in fintech’s hottest spaces, develop a deep understanding of the North American tech talent landscape, help build authentic communities where passive talent naturally wants to engage with Wealthsimple, reimagine how we connect with candidates, and focus on sourcing and referrals as secret weapons.
