Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of engineering experience
• Technical Skills:
  • Comfortable building fullstack applications

Responsibilities

• Onboard large customers’ core revenue processes onto the Turnstile platform.
• Design and develop tools and processes to scale the platform to thousands of customers.
• Build operator tooling to accelerate the role and that of non-technical support teams.
• Build customer features to simplify onboarding and improve efficiency.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Become familiar with Turnstile’s application and codebase to support customers.
