Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will onboard large customers' core revenue processes onto the Turnstile platform and diagnose complex customer needs using existing and new tools. They will operate with autonomy to build operator tooling and customer features that enhance the onboarding experience. Additionally, they will provide feedback to product teams regarding customer demands and system operability while collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to achieve critical business outcomes.
