Requirements

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Sales and Success teams on discovery calls, demos, and proof-of-concept execution, evangelizing new product features and providing customer feedback to the product team. They will guide prospects and customers on product integration, uncover and resolve technical challenges during evaluations and onboarding, and coordinate resolutions including technical troubleshooting. Additionally, the Solutions Engineer will leverage customer understanding to identify revenue opportunities and increase the impact of high-value services.
