The Solutions Engineer will develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key customer accounts to support deal closure, serve as the Wavelyics Product & Sales expert by addressing technical and product-related questions throughout the sales cycle, understand and articulate competitive advantages, collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine messaging, develop sales playbooks, cultivate customer relationships to drive testimonials and case studies, and occasionally lead or support sales pursuits.
