Solutions Engineer - Wavelytics

Position Overview

WorkWave is seeking a Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing technical support to Account Executives and Account Managers for our Wavelytics software solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure prospects and customers fully understand the value and functionality of our offerings, contributing to deal closure and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key customer accounts to support deal closure.
  • Serve as the Wavelytics Product & Sales expert, supporting Account Managers by skillfully addressing technical and product-related questions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand and articulate the competitive advantages of Wavelytics and AI, effectively differentiating our solutions.
  • Communicate best practices for data protection, AI, and security considerations.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to refine messaging for new features and maximize market impact.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks aligned with product enhancements.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to drive testimonials and case studies highlighting product success.
  • At times, lead sales pursuits or support sales pursuits as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting sales organizations with data analytics and AI offerings.
  • Strong ability to learn and articulate complex technology in a customer-centric manner.
  • Proven ability to quickly build rapport, understand business needs, and effectively communicate solutions.
  • Strategic, customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $240,000 per year (plus commission).
  • Note: The final offer will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization's budget. More details will be provided during the interview process.
