Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Solutions Engineer, you will provide technical support to clients by assisting them in building and customizing their mobile apps using the Tapcart platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user journey. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop and customize Custom Blocks and react.js apps, and work closely with the engineering team to implement solutions and improvements. Additionally, you will stay updated on mobile app development trends, engage with merchants and partners, and contribute to the overall enhancement of Tapcart's platform and services.
