Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with enterprise clients to build custom integrations and solutions tailored to their workflows
  • Scope, design, debug, deploy, and iterate on high-impact prototypes and integrations
  • Lead technical conversations—translating business need into architecture, scoping use cases, and defining deployment patterns
  • Address security and compliance questions, escalating complex issues when needed
  • Maintain and enrich documentation: guides, FAQs, internal tools, and best practices
  • Capture and advocate for customer feedback—feeding it directly into product planning and GTM strategy
