Candidates should possess experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or implementation engineering roles at a developer-facing company, along with a strong technical background including production code development and debugging experience. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and modern infrastructure tools is required, as well as comfort working with various systems, APIs, and data protocols like Postgres, Kafka, MySQL, Snowflake, and S3.
The Solutions Engineer will act as the technical point of contact for prospects and customers during onboarding, pilots, and expansions, leading deep technical conversations with engineering, security, and data teams. They will design and deliver customized solution architectures, collaborate with engineering to prioritize technical requests and integrations, build internal tooling and resources to accelerate onboarding, and gather customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
