Demonstrated experience in consultative sales and exceeding revenue goals is essential, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a media intelligence subject-matter expert during the sales process, collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to support prospects and align client needs with Muck Rack’s offerings. You will assist in qualifying opportunities, deliver tailored demos and presentations, support RFP responses, and contribute to custom proposal creation and technical documentation. Furthermore, you will provide comprehensive updates on monthly sales performance, forecasts, and sales strategy adjustments, while utilizing CRM tools to track activity and collaborate with the sales team.
