Requirements

Deep technical expertise in modern software technologies, cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), hybrid and on-premises infrastructures
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to drive innovation
Experience with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) principles
Proficiency in designing data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage
Knowledge of data storage solutions evaluation based on use cases
Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, APIs, and serverless architectures
Skills in DevSecOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, and deployment
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
Ability to define security, compliance, and governance frameworks
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client advisory and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Define technical roadmaps and oversee transition of awarded contracts from pre-sales to operational execution, aligning with client expectations
Provide architectural governance to ensure adherence to customer requirements, industry best practices, and compliance/regulatory standards
Lead architecture and design of innovative, scalable, secure solutions leveraging modern technologies and MOSA principles
Develop cloud-native architectures for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments
Design and lead implementation of data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage
Evaluate and recommend data storage solutions based on customer use cases and data
Drive modernization efforts including containerization, microservices, APIs, and serverless architectures
Act as primary technical advisor to clients, translating business challenges into high-value solutions
Lead technical discussions in pre-sales and post-sales engagements, communicating solution benefits and plans
Develop trusted client relationships for long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and operations teams
Champion DevSecOps adoption, automating SDLC including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and deployment
Promote IaC practices using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
Define and enforce security, compliance, and governance frameworks for cloud and hybrid solutions
Establish documentation, technology sustainment strategies, and continuous process improvement
