Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with at least 7 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably within a SaaS or cloud-based environment, and a strong understanding of the Grafana ecosystem, including Kubernetes, Prometheus, and related technologies. Familiarity with data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale solutions is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect will provide specialized business and technical consultation to customers, guiding them to achieve their objectives using Grafana through training, roadmapping, and specialized consulting. They will manage the customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings and features, delivering packaged training, quick-starts, and project assurance, while also monitoring support requests to identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements. Additionally, the SA will be responsible for managing the ongoing support to customers, acting as the voice of the customer, and collaborating with product teams to drive necessary changes and enhancements.
