Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in business systems, integrations, or enterprise architecture, demonstrating a deep understanding of system workflows and process mapping techniques such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart. Familiarity with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Make.com, and Mulesoft, along with experience in API-based integrations, authentication protocols, and data formats like JSON and XML, is required. Prior experience with ERP, CMMS, or SaaS integrations is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect, Integrations will lead the architecture and strategy for integrations between Limble’s CMMS platform and external systems, engaging with customers, sales, and internal teams to understand integration requirements and define use cases. They will design and document integration workflows, create standardized and reusable integration templates, collaborate with technical teams on implementation, evaluate and recommend integration tools, monitor and improve integration performance, and ensure scalability and reliability. Additionally, the role involves working cross-functionally to streamline data exchange and automation, and providing guidance on best practices for integration strategies.
