Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, or strategic project execution

  • Foster collaboration, trust and engagement among project stakeholders in order to align on the most critical tasks.
  • Collaborate with deal leads and functional owners to translate diligence findings into actionable integration plans that align with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure necessary resources and support are in place for each project.
  • Develop and communicate project priorities and work streams. Ensure clear ownership, scope definition, and communication. Share progress in a way all stakeholders can follow.
  • Manage all phases of the integration process, overseeing execution of activities such as data and system migration, process harmonization, policy alignment, and change management.
  • Evaluate the outcome and impact of all integrations by collecting and analyzing data, metrics, and feedback.
  • Build and refine the Integration playbook. Report on the achievements, challenges, lessons learned and implement improvements that would optimize future integration projects.
  • Manage the expectations and feedback of employees and other stakeholders
  • Escalate issues requiring senior-level input so they are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Manage the interdependencies between functions so activities are prioritized and sequenced correctly. Support critical thinking and problem solving across all workstreams.
  • Evaluate the risks associated with an integration and mitigate them to the most reasonable extent possible
