Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect (or similar) experience, along with 2+ years of architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions. A passion for Generative AI and understanding of LLM strengths and weaknesses is required, as well as comfort working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to various audiences and work in ambiguous environments, are also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Solutions Architect at Cohere will develop a deep understanding of customer problems, map them to Cohere solutions, and serve as the trusted technical advisor owning the technical relationship with stakeholders. They will build customer Proof of Concepts, collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions, take ownership of the customer narrative, and provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere. Additionally, they will identify areas for improvement within the platform, cultivate technical champions, and work closely with partners to develop strategies for customer adoption and gather feedback to enhance products. The role involves leading technical talks, conducting deep dives, designing enterprise solutions, facilitating customer evaluations, and documenting processes for scaling the solutions architect team.
