Responsibilities

  • Own the engagement with new/early customers: work directly with customers to understand challenges and deploy technology

  • Understand ground-level problems and navigate bureaucratic obstacles to clear paths to success
  • Create and deliver executive presentations to ensure buy-in
  • Collaborate fluidly with product and engineering to align product direction with customer realities
  • Influence cross-team members to direct resources to customer objectives
  • Demonstrate high degree of interdependence: make decisions, lead initiatives, leverage expertise when needed
  • Exercise judgment to pursue great ideas, bet big when appropriate, and conserve resources by walking away from lesser ones
