Requirements

  • Relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Mid-level experience in a Programmer/Product role for new payment product technologies and capabilities – including technical/commercial/advisory
  • Ability to balance complex mix of interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and commercial judgement to drive outcomes
  • Significant experience simplifying the complex and removing commercial and technical barriers to execution
  • Experience in engaging with 3rd party vendors
  • Good understanding of the payments compliance landscape
  • Significant experience working across European markets in the payments sector
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for future of payments
  • Excellent analytical skills and exposure in the latest BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.)
  • Solid understanding of modern technologies (e.g. APIs)

Responsibilities

  • Engage European Acquirers, Financial Institutions, PSPs, Processors, Merchants, and deliver agreed targets for Visa Direct enabler and originator enablement and growth
  • Lead consultancy on best practices covering all aspects of Visa Direct origination for card, account and wallets solutions
  • Work with clients and partners to drive enablement and setup optimization that will facilitate revenue growth
  • Drive definition of technical solutions that meet partner and Visa growth objectives
  • Contribute to the optimization of the current delivery framework and processes to accelerate time to revenue – identifying trends and proposing solutions for common client pain points
  • Contribute to the product and process enhancements, identifying areas of improvements and implementing solutions
  • Project manage and communicate the enablement and optimization of new and existing clients
  • Report against OKRs of their portfolio of clients
