Requirements
Candidates should possess 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role such as Level 2 or 3 support agents, Technical consultant, or Technical Account Manager. Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, particularly those related to HR, is desired, along with project management skills and a good understanding of APIs and SSO configuration and troubleshooting. Fluency in French at a B2 level or equivalent English proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
The Solution Expert will onboard new customers by understanding and documenting their use cases and requirements, translating them into 360Learning platform setup and configuration, and following their contract to increase product adoption. They will facilitate new integrations such as flat files and APIs, restructure the platform, conduct solution audits, provide advanced guidance, and deliver Professional Services to existing customers, supporting the Customer Success partner and contributing to the knowledge base. The role also involves owning a portfolio of clients, answering client questions, implementing integrations, developing repeatable processes, and working with the partner ecosystem to strengthen service offerings.
