Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a Solution Consulting role
  • 2+ years experience in HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
  • Exceptional, dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of capturing the attention of a C-level Human Resources leadership audience
  • Extensive experience in the HR/recruitment technology space, with in-depth knowledge of HCM, ATS, and Candidate Relationship Management platforms and their application in optimising talent acquisition processes
  • Subject matter expert when it comes to the recruitment lifecycle, particularly the challenges and opportunities in high-volume recruitment
  • Dynamic and credible expert ready to sell the future of work

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars
  • Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training
  • Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans
  • Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives
  • Assist sales in the response to RFIs/RFPs
  • Building trusted-advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation process
  • Continuously upgrading your skillsets and knowledge through the learning opportunities provided by Workday
