Responsibilities

  • Showcase the power of unified Workday HCM, Candidate Engagement, HiredScore, and Paradox applications to prospects and customers
  • Demonstrate the unified end-to-end recruiting platform, solving complex and high-volume recruiting challenges using conversational AI and machine learning
  • Provide HCM and Recruiting expertise, engage audiences with dynamic content and storytelling
  • Lead executive presentations and Workday product demonstrations in partnership with sales teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Support sales teams in the pre-sales process, driving solution strategy development and aligning offerings with client objectives
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations centered on the unified Workday, HiredScore, and Paradox AI-powered Talent Acquisition Suite
  • Lead discovery sessions and ideation workshops to identify and validate business needs, use cases, and goals, transforming candidate experience and recruiter/hiring manager workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to confirm technical feasibility, create solution designs, and ensure alignment with client systems
  • Facilitate strategic discussions to align solutions with long-term talent strategy and enhance candidate and user experiences
  • Clearly define business value, such as reduced time-to-hire and increased candidate conversion rates
  • Partner with sales and technical teams to design solution frameworks considering integrations, processes, and technology
