Requirements

  • Lead implementations with enterprise-level customers from kickoff to go-live

  • Configure/develop Salesforce in a client-facing environment (preferred)
  • Develop foundational knowledge of Sitetracker platform and telecommunications industry within 60 days
  • Create high-level solutions using Sitetracker to resolve customer challenges within 60 days
  • Lead small business or corporate-level implementations supported by experienced leads within 60 days
  • Identify best practices, gaps, and improvement opportunities in existing processes within 60 days
  • Review large customer datasets independently within 60 days
  • Utilize knowledge of Salesforce flows, workflow types, profiles vs. roles, report types, lookup vs. master-detail relationships within 60 days
  • Detect and call out scope creep early in implementation lifecycle within 180 days
  • Independently lead corporate-level implementations within 180 days
  • Communicate appropriate messages to customers within 180 days
  • Raise issues to internal team when they appear within 180 days
  • Design clean, efficient implementations requiring little/no rework with positive pre go-live demos within 365 days
  • Rarely have difficulties implementing solutions; provide clear vision and requirements to developers if needed within 365 days
  • Lead enterprise-level implementations without support within 365 days
  • Influence core product roadmap with meaningful customer feedback within 365 days
