Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree
10+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development background
Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath
Experience leading a Team of at least 4 members
Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath Product Suite
Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework and DU (Document Understanding) Framework
Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center and Action Center
Excellent communication skills
Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script or equivalent (or any scripting language, python is a plus)
UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certified (preferred)
Experience working with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation or Citrix Automation (plus)
Experience working with other RPA tools (plus)
Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills (plus)
Understanding UiPath Infrastructure requirements (plus)
Experience Working with Test Suite, Apps, Insights (plus)
Understanding Generative AI and new releases of UiPath (plus)
Understanding of Cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP (plus)

Responsibilities

Design, code and test automation workflows using UiPath
Develop a stable/reusable and scalable RPA solution design using UiPath
Decide on the development methodologies and best practices
Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components from UiPath Product Suite
Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs (Proof of Concept) and project implementation phase
Oversee the development of the automation projects and components according to the solution design and requirements
Oversee the testing, deployment, hyper care, and monitoring stages
Review the crucial pieces of code and facilitate knowledge transfer in the project team
Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#
Responsible for the overall testing cycles
Deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients
Mentor budding Developers and Architects
