Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in operations, support coordination, or administrative roles within a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical literacy and writing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree advantageous
  • Highly organized, technically minded, and self-driven
  • Ability to work North America (EST) 08:30 - 17:00, adjusted according to Daylight Savings Time

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage inbound Salesforce queues for multiple product lines, ensuring timely routing, response, and resolution
  • Take end-to-end accountability for client cases, maintaining data integrity, accuracy of updates, and proactive follow-through to completion
  • Lead client engagement and coordination, providing clear, professional communication and updates at all stages
  • Generate and manage client quotes, coordinating with internal teams to confirm accuracy and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and project management teams to align on product details, terminology, and priorities
  • Support the creation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs) and related documentation
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions and deliverables
  • Act as a primary liaison between clients, sales, and technical delivery teams, ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and full ownership through to resolution
