Requirements

Candidates must have a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience. Familiarity with Agile and waterfall software development processes and integration sequences in electromechanical co-development products is required. Proficiency in breaking down software development tasks and coordinating with hardware development for integration is essential. Experience managing embedded software product development projects with expertise in hardware integration management is necessary. Extensive software project management experience, including bug tracking and resolution, is required. Familiarity with JIRA and related SW project management software tools is needed. Candidates should be willing to work onsite with partners.

Responsibilities

The Software Program Manager will be responsible for SW project planning, including time, priority, resource, and cost planning. They will track tasks and execution, conduct daily/weekly team meetings, and communicate with ODM/OEM/JDM partners. Responsibilities include bug statistics and assignments via scrum meetings, hardware integration coordination with partners, and handling emergency product issues during customer usage or manufacturing. The role involves working with partners to identify project schedule and cost, and making judgments on the project's critical path.
