Full-Stack Software Engineer

Position Overview

Grow Therapy is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to join our mission-driven team. This role is crucial for expanding our intake channels, scaling critical infrastructure, and delivering impact across a rapidly growing network of partners. You will work across our backend services (Python/Flask) and frontend applications (React/TypeScript), contributing to a platform that makes affordable mental health care more accessible.

We empower providers, augment insurance payors, and serve patients. Since launching in February 2021, we have empowered over ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients nationwide. What You'll Work On

You will contribute to key roadmap priorities, including:

• Strengthen and Maintain Referral Infrastructure: Maintain and improve existing referral pipelines to ensure continued success with high-value partners, reduce friction, and ensure compliance.
• Expand Access Through Scalable Integrations: Build infrastructure to support the next wave of strategic partnerships, including referral intake and ingestion, scheduling workflows, referral confirmation experiences, and data-sharing systems.
• Support Growth Through Reliable Tooling: Equip partner, support, and marketing teams with robust systems to run experiments, troubleshoot issues, and drive incremental intake growth.
• Advance Our Mission: Contribute to a platform that expands access to affordable mental healthcare by bridging connections between patients, providers, and care networks.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience contributing meaningfully to production systems, comfortable owning development tasks with guidance.
• Full-stack Fluency: Ability to build end-to-end features, from backend services and APIs to polished, user-facing interfaces.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with at least one backend language (preferably Python) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred).
• Impact-Oriented: Prioritize outcomes over output and think deeply about the business and user value behind your work.
• Adaptable: Thrive in evolving environments and remain productive when requirements shift.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively, communicate with empathy, and enjoy mentoring and learning from others.

• Experience working on B2B integrations or APIs.
• Experience working with healthcare data, Electronic Health Records (EHRs), or healthcare system integrations.
