Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced engineering environment
  • A self-starter with the ability to rapidly acquire and learn new software skills and technologies
  • Dedicated to writing and maintaining high-quality code
  • Experience in developing cloud software services, with an understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability (Kubernetes preferred)
  • Experience with AWS is desirable
  • Proficiency in Go, Java, Python, Scala, Kotlin, or other equivalent languages
  • Experience with React JS is a huge plus and highly desirable
  • Familiarity with testing and monitoring tools

Responsibilities

  • Use exceptional engineering skills, software design expertise, and technical knowledge to deliver solutions that solve marketing challenges
  • Develop and test software applications and related programs to ensure they meet feature requirements
  • Identify and embrace new technologies, frameworks, and best practices
  • Improve the operational aspects of the platform with updates to deployment process, test automation, performance tuning, and monitoring
  • Actively collaborate with the team to propose design approaches, solve problems, and evaluate the feasibility of technological solutions
  • Work in a fun, dynamic team environment and provide clear reports on work status and blockers
